SAWMILLING AND CARPENTRY

Angola

PRIOR STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

In the industrial context of a timber activity, the intention was to articulate the sawmill area with the carpentry area in order to privilege the full functionality and interconnection of both. In turn, the organization of mobility and accessibility circuits aimed to guarantee the autonomy of each party and clearly distinguish what are service circuits from those that are “open” circuits to the outside world.

The set has a gross covered construction area of just over 4,000.00 m2, to which is added the entire outdoor area for circulation and parking, as well as the technical areas and the log and plank deposits.

The rectangular configuration of the lot and the indicated dimensions of about 150m x 115m are merely indicative of the advisable space for the installation of the activity, with some possibility of expansion of the built area or of the open-air warehouses.

The design company accompanies all project and construction phases up to the turnkey delivery to the Client.
